Services
There are several different types of psychotherapy and some may work better with certain problems or concerns. Typically, sessions are held once a week for 30 to 50 minutes. Scheduling may vary based upon the need. Therapist and client relationship and trust is essential to working together and benefiting from psychotherapy. Getting the most out of therapy is a collaborative effort, being open and honest.
Therapy may be used in combination with medication or other therapies. Our services support behavioral issues or mental diagnosis related but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, illness, grief, parenting. A faith-based initiative can also be provided.

beneficial when families experience any stressful event that may strain family relationships; promote understanding among family members in order to solve the problems of one or more individuals in the family.

Marriage/Couples
premarital, relationship issues, divorce couple work identify problem and establish healthy solutions to a brighter future together. No time to wait.

Group Therapy
when a group of clients meet to have a therapeutic discussion of a common goal. Group sessions are guided by a licensed mental health professional.The process of sharing information and experiences within a group setting allows individuals to gain a sense of ease, autonomy, and control over their lives. It also allows a sense of connection, bonding and socialization. Group - includes, depression, anxiety, grief, anger, parenting, substance-use, intensive outpatient program – IOP.

Trauma Treatment - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
evidence based treatment; helps to heal from symptoms of emotional distress as a result of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other psychological trauma.

Psychological Assessment
helps to rule out certain conditions, determine a diagnosis and develop a treatment plan or provide referrals if necessary.
